Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Vimzyo Games, including app use, acceptable conduct, purchases if offered, Apple-specific platform terms, and dispute handling.

Acceptance and scope

By downloading, installing, or using Vimzyo Games, you agree to the current Terms of Service and any related policies they expressly incorporate, including the Privacy Policy and Apple-required app distribution terms where applicable.

License to use the app

Vimzyo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's platform rules and your compliance with these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, automate, or manipulate game outcomes through unauthorized tooling.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users through gameplay or shared content.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app outside the scope of the license.
• Do not use Vimzyo in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

Gameplay, messages, and content

Some Vimzyo gameplay occurs inside Apple Messages. Message-based gameplay depends on Apple platform behavior and may involve message payloads, preview cards, or other system features that Vimzyo does not independently control. If user-created content is offered in a future or current mode, you remain responsible for content you choose to create or share.

Purchases and virtual items

If Vimzyo offers in-app purchases, they are processed through Apple. Refund handling, purchase flow, and payment credentials are governed by Apple platform rules. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual items do not carry real-world monetary value and are licensed, not sold as property.

Disclaimers and limits

Like most software terms, Vimzyo's legal stack includes warranty disclaimers and liability limits to the extent allowed by law. Those clauses are intended to prevent ordinary product risk from being turned into open-ended liability for an indie studio.

Disputes and notices

Our longer-form terms currently contemplate arbitration, class-action waiver language, and an opt-out path. Those provisions should be read carefully and, if needed, reviewed with counsel before final publication. Formal legal notices should go to legal@vimzyo.com.

Apple-specific terms

When you use Vimzyo on Apple devices, Apple requires certain additional terms covering support responsibility, warranty allocation, product claims, IP claims, and Apple's third-party beneficiary status. Vimzyo's full terms and EULA incorporate those Apple-required clauses.
