This page explains the software license for Vimzyo Games on Apple platforms. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy rather than replacing them.

License scope

Vimzyo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules and your compliance with the legal terms that govern the app.

What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except where law clearly allows it.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the license scope.
• Use bots, cheats, exploit tools, or other unauthorized automation against the app.
• Use the app in ways that violate law, platform policy, or third-party rights.

Messages and app behavior

Because Vimzyo includes iMessage gameplay, some app behavior depends on Apple's Messages environment, message payload handling, and extension framework rules. Platform changes outside Vimzyo's control can affect how those features behave over time.

Apple-required terms

Apple requires license language covering support responsibility, warranty allocation, product claims, intellectual property claims, export/legal compliance, and Apple's third-party beneficiary rights. Those Apple-specific clauses are part of the longer-form Vimzyo EULA and should remain aligned with the current App Store license requirements.

Disclaimers and limits

The full EULA contains warranty disclaimers and liability limits to the extent allowed by law. Those provisions are standard software risk-allocation terms and should be read together with the dispute-resolution structure in the Terms of Service.
