Human-readable first, legal-detail second. Vimzyo is designed around minimal data handling: no accounts, no ads, no third-party tracking, and no user database operated by us.
Vimzyo Games is built to minimize what we handle. At launch, we do not ask for an account, we do not run ad-tech or tracking SDKs, and we do not maintain a user database for gameplay. Game state generally stays on-device or inside Apple platform flows rather than on Vimzyo-owned servers.
For the launch configuration described in our App Store packet and internal privacy documentation, Vimzyo does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, or browsing history through the app itself.
Some functional data may exist locally on your device, such as settings, streaks, puzzle progress, cached state, or game preferences. That information is used to make the app work for you and is not treated as a behavioral advertising or cross-service tracking dataset by Vimzyo.
When a Vimzyo game is played through Messages, game state may be encoded into message payloads and transported through Apple's iMessage infrastructure. Vimzyo does not operate the transport layer for those messages and does not receive ordinary access to your conversation contents, participant identities, or conversation history.
Some platform functions are handled by Apple rather than Vimzyo directly. That can include:
Apple's own privacy materials govern how Apple handles those platform services.
Vimzyo is intended to be usable by a broad audience, including families. Our privacy posture is intentionally conservative: because we are not designing the launch build around direct personal-data collection, we avoid many of the higher-risk patterns that typically trigger youth-data concerns.
If you have a privacy question or want to make a data-rights request, email privacy@vimzyo.com. If we do not hold personal data about you, we will say so plainly. If we ever add new collection flows later, this page will be updated before those changes become the new normal.
If data exists only on your device, retention is generally controlled by your device state, your backups, and whether the app remains installed. Vimzyo does not claim a server-side retention program for data it does not operate.
If our data practices materially change, we will update this page, update the effective date, and align our App Store privacy disclosures and internal policy set to match the new reality.
